When is check-in/check-out time?
A:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM

Is there a pool or Jacuzzi?
A:
No, we find that people come to the island for the beach
and activities, such as the NEW Schlitterbahn Beach Water
Park & other related activities
Q:
What should we bring?
A:
This a condo: bar soaps, shampoos, toilet tissue and
paper towels are not provided... nor do we allow towels to
leave the units so we also recommend you bring beach
towels, mats and umbrellas.
Q:
If we leave early can we get a refund?
A:
Sorry. If you rent for four nights and decide to
leave after two nights, plan to pay for the four nights you
contracted for.
Q:
Is there an exception to your 3 night minimum?
A:
We absolutely will not accept less than a three night stay
between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor day
Weekend. We will consider less than four nights in the off
season as long as it doesn't include the weekend, however
a $50 cleaning charge will be levied to your normal charge.
Q:
Is there a view of the beach from the condo?
A:
Terra Mar is located about one-half block from the beach
and faces North. The beach cannot be seen from our units
but it is only a short stroll away.
Q:
We may fly in, are restaurants nearby?
A:
You can fly into Brownsville or Harlingen. The following restaurants are within walking
distance of Terra Mar: |
